At Sinci, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain goods such as perishable items, custom products, or intimate goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Some health and personal care items
Returns Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@wearsinci.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wearsinci.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@wearsinci.com and we’ll provide return instructions.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should contact our team to obtain the nearest return address and further guidance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@wearsinci.com. After this time, we may not be able to cancel if the order has already been processed.
