Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sinci. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, postal issues, or carrier backlogs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sinci is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sinci is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply once the package reaches their country.

Tracking & Support

If you haven’t received your tracking email or need assistance with your order, please contact our support team at support@wearsinci.com.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal office. Sinci is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
